This new 2010 catalogue lists over 40 different varieties of Helleborus, including several new introductions.

HERBS

Autumn is a fantastic time to plant herbs. Hardy perennials such as Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Chives, Sweet Marjoram, Horseradish and French Sorrel will establish healthy well developed root systems before the chill of winter sets in and provide plenty of clippings to complement those hearty winter dishes! New Bulb catalogues now online. PLUS Outdoor Lighting, Plant supports and Garden Arches

Now is a great time to order winter and spring flowering bulbs and we have THREE new catalogues now online. Many of these will be in limited supply, so if you are after the more unusual.... be quick.

Shirley and Jane have a great collection of hardy bulbs. The collection of sun loving bulbs from South Africa is well worth a look, and we love the Species Tulips, well worth a place in the garden.

Rare and Unusual Plants

Tesselaars have released a new list of rare and unusual plants. We particularly like Arisaema consanguineum and Santolina Primrose Gem (Santolina romarinifolia). Arisaemas are wonderful plants for semis shade, fascinating flowers. Santolina copes well with full sun and is a really tough, drought tolerant plant.
